Awards Rules, Dates, and Fees

Rules

Your product must have shipped within 16 months before the deadline of January 9, 2026, or it must be set to debut in the six months after.

Deadlines

• Early-Bird Deadline: December 4, 2025
• Submission Deadline: January 9, 2026

Submission materials to enter:

• Product Name EXACTLY how you would like it displayed on all award materials (including the trophy if you win an award).
• Manufacturer Name EXACTLY how you would like it displayed on all award materials (including the trophy if you win an award).
• MSRP (optional)
• Description of the product design and/or technical innovation (125 words)
• Description of the benefits that your product provides to the integrator (125 words)
• Description of the benefits that your product provides to the end user (125 words)
• Promotional description of product to be used online and in print (50 words)
• Additional specification documentation, (PDF, < 1MB in size)
• Link to additional product information (optional)
• Link to product video (optional)
• Main product photo (300 DPI, .JPG or .EPS, < 1MB in size)
• Optionally, up to 3 additional product photos (300 DPI, .JPG or .EPS, < 1MB in size)

Judging

Judging will focus on the following criteria:

• Technological innovation
• Benefits to the integrator
• Benefits to the end user

Fees

• Early-bird Entry: $547 per product. Entry must be paid for by December 4, 2025, and can be completed any time through the submission deadline of January 9, 2026.
• Regular Entry: $697 per product.
• Additional Categories (for the same product): $397 each.
